Return Conditions

Please find below all information regarding returns, acceptance conditions and refund timelines. Make sure your item meets our return requirements before submitting your request.
Can I return my order? Plus

Yes, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a refund, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.

What condition must the products be in? Plus

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete (including accessories, manuals, tags…) and in perfect condition: unused, clean and undamaged.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled will be considered non-compliant. It will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.

How do I initiate a return? Plus

To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal.

There you will find all necessary instructions as well as the return address.

Who pays for return shipping? Plus

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of error on our part (e.g. faulty item or incorrect shipment).

When will I receive my refund? Plus

Refunds are issued within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Uncollected pickup point delivery? Plus

If you selected pickup point delivery and do not collect your parcel within the allotted time, it will automatically be returned to us.

In this case, if you request a refund, a €5 processing fee will be deducted to cover the costs incurred by the parcel’s automatic return.

If you request a reshipment, it will be processed at your expense.
