Yes, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a refund, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete (including accessories, manuals, tags…) and in perfect condition: unused, clean and undamaged.
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled will be considered non-compliant. It will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of error on our part (e.g. faulty item or incorrect shipment).
Refunds are issued within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you selected pickup point delivery and do not collect your parcel within the allotted time, it will automatically be returned to us.
In this case, if you request a refund, a €5 processing fee will be deducted to cover the costs incurred by the parcel’s automatic return.
If you request a reshipment, it will be processed at your expense.
