How Mystery Boxes work.
Rules, contents, pricing and important information before ordering.
- A Mystery Box contains one random product from a specific category
(hoodies, t-shirts, tools, zips, etc.). - When you purchase a Mystery Box, you agree to receive any product from that category, selected entirely at random.
- The exact item is unknown until delivery.
- One box = one random product
- Products are assigned randomly
- Ordering multiple boxes does not increase your chances of receiving a specific item
- Mystery Boxes are designed as a surprise experience.
- All Mystery Box products have a higher retail value than the purchase price.
- Every box is priced below its original retail value.
- Whatever you receive, the value is always higher than what you paid.
- Some Mystery Boxes may include a Secret Sample.
- A Sample is a unique piece, created during development or testing.
It is not part of regular production and will never be reproduced. - Samples are usually kept at our studio and are not sold online.
- 1 Secret Sample is randomly included in 1 out of every 100 Mystery Boxes.
- Receiving a Sample is entirely based on chance and not guaranteed.
- No returns are accepted on Mystery Boxes
- No exchanges are accepted, including size exchanges
- All Mystery Box purchases are final and non-refundable
