Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a refund, in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete (including accessories, manuals, tags…) and in perfect condition: unused, clean and undamaged.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled will be considered non-compliant. It will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of error on our part (e.g. faulty item or wrong shipment).

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Uncollected parcel at pickup point

If you chose delivery to a pickup point and do not collect your parcel within the allotted time, it will be automatically returned to us.

In this case, if you request a refund, a fee of €5 will be deducted to cover return processing costs, as the initial pickup point delivery was offered to you free of charge.
