SHIPPING POLICY


Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated (e.g. during drops or sales periods). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


Delivery timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
• France — home delivery: 2 business days
• France — pickup point: 48 hours (parcel available for 14 days at the pickup point)
• Europe & rest of the world: timeframes vary by destination and are calculated at checkout


Delivery timeframes for France are those communicated by Colissimo and are subject to their operational conditions. They are indicative and may vary.


Carriers
We ship via Colissimo, Chronopost, or a subcontracted carrier depending on your delivery option and destination. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

You can track your order at any time via the Track my order page on our website.


Shipping costs
• Free shipping on all orders over €75
• Standard shipping rates apply to orders below €75 and are calculated at checkout based on destination


Customs & duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sav@noclout.fr within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and find the best solution for you.
